About

Nicole Bell

I was that little girl that would never let my parents dress her. I was the only one that could pick out my outfit. Also a very art driven kid always drawing and when I learned how to draw clothes at the age of 10, I would create my own catalogs. As I got older my art and style kept evolving as for my love of fashion kept growing. I became the go-to friend for fashion and style tips.

It's safe to say I have always loved fashion and clothes from a very young age, so it was inevitable I made it my career.  I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts in Fashion Design at Academy of Art University in San Francisco. My senior year I was chosen to be part of the Graduate Fashion Show on May 8, 2014. (And let me tell you; that makes project runway look easy…)

After college I moved back to Houston, where I grew up, to start working on my namesake label. I participated in Houston's Fashion week, RAWartists Fashion Show (where I won Houston, Texas Best Designer award in 2015), The Project Fashion Show, a local charity fashion show, and then was invited to show in New York Fashion Week with Gallery New York fashion show in February 2015. In August 2016 I took my label and moved myself to the big apple where I finally felt like I belonged. September 13,2017 I showed my second collection in New York Fashion Week with AMCONYC.

By 2018 I was ready to start a new chapter and go down a different path, by October 12,2018 St.HROUDA was born. St.HROUDA was a beautiful place full love, connection, art, and fashion. I am really proud of what St.HROUDA was not only for me but also for the community of fashion girly and artists. December 2023 I decided to close the shop and figure out what’s next for my creative journey.

Now here we are..I want to take everything from what I learned and create beautiful images for people, small women owned business, and art lovers. I want to be everything I ever was and then some. A vision of a true artists or what an artist desires. To create beautiful things and keep creating.
